Few bands ever achieve the kind of cult-like following Dayton formed indie rock band Guided By Voices have grown over the years. Led by animated front man Robert ‘Bob’ Pollard – whose legendary karate kicks, leaps, and mic-twirling are all a part of the magic of a GBV performance – this band has been rocking since the late 80’s. While the lineup has seen quite a few personnel changes over the years, the creation of rocking, often short, prolific songs has been consistent. Back with the classic lineup, GBV has returned this year with three new albums and we could not be more excited for them to rock the Downtown Dayton Revival stage!
