Originally formed as a side project for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Dumpstaphunk is now widely considered to be one of New Orlean’s most prestigious modern funk groups. With direct lineage to legendary groups The Meters and The Neville Brothers, members of this group have proven their own talents and have been tapped by some of the biggest names in music to record and perform. The New York Times has referred to them as ‘the best,’ and you won’t want to miss them at the Downtown Dayton Revival!
